Hey guys! I signed up for the 7-day course, got your response and activated the whole deal, but the course began with Day Three! I have some starter given to me by a friend of a friend, and some of the instructions he gave me differ from yours. Help, could I get Days One and Two? I can see I’m missing important info and don’t want to screw this up. Thanks.

Just wanted to say that I just finished the course. I started by brewing several weeks ago and yesterday(4th brewing) my brew was excellent. Man, I can’t imagine it tasting any better and so fizzy. yum yum… thanks for the great site and the lessons…

Hey Dave, once I have strained my tea, and put it in the fridge, how do I stop it from growing more scoby? I just can’t bring myself to drink the tea, once the luggy look has settled in.
I have even re-strained the tea, through a coffee filter, and still the tea grows in a matter of days in the fridge.
