After a long day, on my way home, I felt tired and my muscles hwere sore. I entered a gym that sells drinks. I check what they have. No sodas of course, a water maybe. What is this? I hold a bottle in my hand. I love the apaerence. Kombucka it says. Refreshing! I read and decide to take it. I drank the bottle within 10 minutes and I recognized how well I felt.

I spent $5.00 for the bottle. I did not care I went back and bought more until I found a health store that carries the brand.

Since 2 months I feel like a bird, light and very livery. Lots of energy. No back pain anymore. Good bowel movement. great sleep and refreshed awakening. My health improved.

I suggest to try it. Also sceptics. Go and get it. Be generous with your live.

    Good Luck.

    Hi
this is my first mail, my first blog, and, the first time that I have heard of this tea.

I am a 60 year old Scottish lady
( in California now) who has a mountain of health problems and weight to lose.

My doctor advised me to try this tea and I did buy one bottle, now I need to learn how to brew it so any hints tips, advise, is eagerly awaited.

Please help me to get a healthier “Me”

    Janet.

I;ve been drinking Kombucha for a while, but I just started brewing my own about two weeks ago– it’s simple, exciting, and I’ve had a lot of fun with it!

Hello, I have asked a couple questions on here, and I have a couple more but first is probable an obvious one, when we sign on to leave a reply, there is a line for website, is that in the event I have my own or is that for some reason I am not aware of?

My next question is more important. I brewed up a batch of tea this past week and my scoby did not produce a baby. It has grown very large and the top was quite dry, after 8 days. It doesn’t appear unhealthy but then I am not an expert. I placed it in my big jar which is my Scoby hotel. Can you tell me if I did something wrong? I followed every step and have been allowing my tea to continue fermenting a few days longer in a tight covered jar in a dark cupboard.
Oh and am I even in the right place to post these questions? I am not very computer literate.

More is not better! I just got over being the sickest in my life over drinking to much Kombucha. I drank 16oz a day and then went off for a few weeks, On return I drank 32 oz one day. My body went inot overload, I lost 8 lbs in 3 days could not keep anything down for 3 days and was not sure if I was going to make it or not. My loss of liquid went from every 10 minutes for 48 hrs to once an hour. Finally, it stopped to just twice a day. My scoby was okay, Kombucha tested okay, it was just to much for my system. SO on side of caution, DON”T over do it. It willl take its toll on your body. I was off the tea now for 2 weeks and just started back today with only 4 oz a day. Drink no more that 8 oz day. Trust me, you don’t want to go through this. Take care and be respectful of the volume you drink. Garry

I have a question that I can not seem to find the answer on. With the continuious brew stem you
say I never have to disturb the scoby but you do If you need to remove the baby scropy that it forms when
the fermentation process is complete. Does the continuious brew not continue the process of reforming new scobies
from a new batch since you are constantly adding. And if you are constantly adding does the existing scroby not become
    weekend over multiple applications?
